How to Have a Great Retreat
Undercover held a retreat in April at Mensch Mill in Alburtis, PA. What a great experience! We had not had a retreat in quite a few years, but after this weekend, it's going to an annual event. The lodge we stayed in could not have been better: lots of space, lots of light, a wonderful view, lots of food, pleasant meeting space and clean as a whistle. AND close to a treasure of a quilt shop that most of us had never even heard of and would never be able to find without detailed instructions. We had no formal program or workshop...just bring your own project and sew. Can't wait till next year!

Stack and Whack Workshop March 2012
A four part Stack and Whack Block Workshop was held on Saturday March 31, 2012. The workshop was 5 hours long and featured a delicious soup and salad lunch prepared by Sean Crossman. The project results were wonderful! This is a techniques that has big design impact from a simple-to-piece block. All participants got their blocks cut out and started to assemble them. Some got them completely finished. A few even showed up in the Dare To Bee projects 3 days later! Take a look....
